How can we better organize solo runners w/fellow guildies?
With the new energy costs for alchemy and the changes to binding rules, it's more important than ever that we as a guild are organized and work together to offset CE costs and maximize profitability.
Here are some thoughts I've had:
1) With the new cost of recipes, it's much easier to have enough capital on hand to buy 4 and 5* recipes.
2) With the AH and new crafting rules, essentially every recipe in the game can be sold for a profit fairly quickly.
3) The major limiting factor to taking advantage of these changes is getting to T3 Basil, both the time it takes, and the terrible CE/CR ratio in getting there.
4) This is also true of levels 9-12.
5) The only way to profit from those intermediate levels is for a player to solo and hope to turn a profit from the extra materials gained.
6) Many players in the guild (myself included) tend to sit around and wait until there's a chance for us to join runs at level 13, or level 23.
7) Players who do solo runs get barraged by tells from guildies asking for invites to the runs.
It seems pretty clear to me that we need a system set up so that we have more groups getting sent directly to the correct floors (13 and 21). My idea is that we have players volunteer to be solo "runners" with the understanding that they will be tipped by the groupies who get to skip. This tip should be in CE preferably. This way the runner is able to improve the cr/ce ratio to something more reasonable, and doesn't feel like others are leaching off of their hard work.
Does anyone have any ideas about how we could streamline this process?

Try to get people who are reaching level 13 and 23 to let the guildies know about it in guild chat? The tipping factor can be optional but maybe other forms of incentives can be added on. I have no idea what though.

To be honest, I'm fine with people mailing me money or leaving a message on my thread on the want section of the forum what they want. I do these solo runs to get what I want (whether it be royal jelly to craft, or Vog Cub recipes to sell), so I would feel bad taking tips. On the other hand, T3 does go a LOT smoother solo than with other people, but that's just me being a lone wolf.
Bottom line is, just let someone know you need something. I always announce when I reach T3 Basil, and if that person speaks up/left a message for me what they wanted, then I can get it for them for no additional cost.
